Order Processing
All products in stock including fabric swatches will be processed within 2-3 days (excluding weekends, holidays and peak promotions) of receipt. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping
We offer free NZ shipping for all orders over $100 or more after discounts are applied. Does not apply to e-gift cards or credits.

A flat rate of $10.00 applies for orders under $100, within NZ.

Parcels are usually delivered within 2-5 working days of leaving Decorative Threads headquarters. Rural deliveries will take a few days longer than this. Deliveries take place Monday - Friday (except public holidays). Every parcel is automatically tracked and details will be emailed to you, once your order has been dispatched. Alternatively log into your account to view your tracking details. Please check your junk email if you have not received tracking details.

Decorative Threads cannot be held liable for items that go missing using postal service. It is the responsibility of the customer to enquire about and rectify issues.
