Order Processing
All products in stock including fabric swatches will be processed within 2-3 days (excluding weekends, holidays and peak promotions) of receipt. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping

New Zealand
Complimentary shipping is available on orders over $100 NZD (after discounts are applied). This excludes e-gift cards and store credits.

For orders under $100 NZD, a flat rate of $10 NZD applies nationwide. Rural delivery addresses may incur additional delivery time.

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days from dispatch. Rural deliveries may take a few additional days. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

All parcels are fully tracked. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. You may also log into your account to view tracking updates. Please check your junk or spam folder if you have not received your tracking email.

Australia
Complimentary shipping is available on orders over $120 AUD (after discounts are applied).

For orders under $120 AUD, a flat rate of $18 AUD applies.

Orders are dispatched via economy service, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–6 business days from dispatch.

Please note that customs clearance processes may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. Delivery timeframes may also vary during peak periods, including sale events and the holiday season.
