How do I care for my covers?

We strongly recommend spot cleaning if possible. 

However, a few of our covers are washable. Please refer to our product descriptions or care labels.

Do you offer Fabric Swatch Samples?

Yes, you can select the ‘Request Swatch’ option on each product page. Maximum 5 swatches per order.

Please note, we do NOT send swatches of any sale or limited quantity fabrics due to the availability as most of these are premade with no fabric left.

Do you sell inserts too?

We do not sell inserts at the moment.

Do you restock?

Our textiles come from all over the world, and we buy in smaller batches. Because of this, we may not restock an exact style or colour of a cushion cover again.

Shipping/Orders

Can I change my order or any details after I have placed my order?

Please email hello@decorativethreads.nz immediately with your name & order number and we will change the details if the order has not left Decorative Thread HQ’s already.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we don’t offer international shipping, but stay tuned - we’re excited to share Decorative Threads with the world soon.

How do I know my order has been received?

Once you’ve completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check this carefully to ensure your details are correct.

If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your junk folder first before emailing hello@decorativethreads.nz

If you don’t receive any order confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order please email us and we’ll look into it for you.

Do you do laybys?

No, we do not offer a layby option.

Do you ever go on sale?

Join our newsletter to be the first to know when we run exclusive offers and enjoy a welcome discount off your first purchase.

Do I need a code to activate a discount?

Many of our sales do require a code. We send codes to our subscribers upon a promotion via email. Simply subscribe to our newsletter to receive our promotional codes.

I forgot to apply a promo code to my order, can you refund me the discount?

We cannot apply discounts after an order is placed because our merchant takes payment at time of purchase and discounts are outside the capabilities of our refund system.

Do you offer wholesale?

We are currently unable to offer wholesale.
